Deine Aufgaben

• Moderation unserer Outdoor Film Events: Die Moderation beinhaltet u.a. Begrüßung des Publikums, die Präsentation der Filme und des Veranstaltungs-Ablaufs, Interviews mit „Stars on Stage“ und ein Live-Gewinnspiel
• tägliche Anfahrt zur Veranstaltungslocation 
• auf- und Abbau von Tour Equipment
• Partnerbetreuung vor Ort
• Ansprechpartner für unsere Gäste vor Ort

Welche Eigenschaften solltest du außerdem mitbringen?

• Talent, ein Publikum zu unterhalten
• Begeisterung für Outdoor-Sport und Abenteuer
• fließendes Englisch (z.B. für Interviews)
• Hands-On Mentalität gepaart mit Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und lösungs-orientiertem Mindset
• du bist gerne on the road und bereit mindestens 10 Tage auf Tour zu sein
• eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Führerschein Klasse B

Was dich erwartet

• außergewöhnliche Events mit (sport-)begeisterten Zuschauern
• Live-Publikum mit einer Größe zwischen 200-2000 ZuschauerInnen
• regelmäßige Schulungen und Feedbacks

Über uns

Wir sind die Macher der European Outdoor Film Tour (EOFT), der International Ocean Film Tour und der Bike Film Tour. Neben diesen drei Eigenproduktionen aber auch Lizenznehmer des Banff Centre Mountain Film Festivals und der Reel Rock Film Tour. Als Event- und Kommunikationsagentur sind wir auf die Konzeption, Organisation und Vermarktung von Filmtouren in den Bereichen Outdoor, Sport, Natur und Abenteuer spezialisiert - und das seit 24 Jahren. Insgesamt veranstalten wir pro Jahr fast 1000 Filmtour-Events in ganz Europa. Darüber hinaus betreiben wir unsere eigene Ticketplattform „Outdoor Ticket“ und das Streamingportal „Outdoor Cinema“. Unser Team zählt 46 Mitarbeiter:innen und wird ergänzt durch fünf „On the Road“-Teams mit rund 200 Personen.

Your mission

• the presentation includes greeting the public, interviews with „Stars on Stage“ and a live raffle on stage
• daily journey to the venue
• assisting with the set up and dismantling of the tour equipment at events
• Partner support on site
• Contact person for our guests on site

Your profile

• the talent to entertain a large audience, are relaxed in front of a crowd
• passionate about outdoor sports
• fluent english
• you are part of a roadshow team and should be available for 1-2 weeks
• you enjoy being on the road, are energetic and enjoy working in a team
• driving license is a prerequisite!

Their best-known formats are the European Outdoor Film Tour and the International Ocean Film Tour. In addition to these two in-house productions, Moving Adventures Medien is a licensee of the Banff Centre Mountain Film Festival. The portfolio also includes the digital ticketing platform Outdoor Ticket and the streaming portal Outdoor Cinema.
